01 Introduction

Welcome to pana365. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pana365 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pana365 at pana365.club, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

pana365 is an online gaming platform designed for players in Bangladesh. All services on pana365 — including games, payment processing, bonuses, and customer support — are provided subject to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pana365.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on pana365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pana365 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.

pana365 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on pana365. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, or device — are not permitted. If pana365 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering on pana365, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings or contact pana365 support.

• Your pana365 account password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pana365 support immediately at [email protected].
• pana365 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone.

04 Deposits

pana365 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your pana365 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pana365 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 100.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered pana365 player — are not permitted.
• If a deposit is made from a third-party account, pana365 reserves the right to void the deposit and return funds to the originating account.

If a deposit does not appear in your pana365 balance within 15 minutes of completing the transaction, contact pana365 support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before confirming the status of the first.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pana365 are processed in BDT to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. The withdrawal account must be registered in the same name as your pana365 account. pana365 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 200.
• Most withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes of submission.
• During peak periods or for larger amounts, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• pana365 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and applies to all players.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.

pana365 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, pana365 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

pana365 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to your pana365 bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• pana365 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses within the stated period and credited within 48 hours of the period ending.

pana365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by changes made after the claim date, provided the bonus terms were met at the time of claiming.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on pana365 — including fishing games, bingo, card games, and slot titles — use certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by bet size, account history, time of day, or any other external factor.

Each game on pana365 has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. pana365 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.
• If a game result is disputed, pana365 will review the game log. The log is the definitive record of what occurred during the game session.
• pana365 reserves the right to void bets placed during a technical malfunction, even if a winning result was displayed.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pana365. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on pana365.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with pana365 games or systems.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using pana365 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate withdrawal through a chargeback with your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pana365 staff or other players.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

pana365 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to pana365 or other players.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email. You may appeal a suspension by contacting pana365 support at [email protected]. pana365 will review appeals within 5 business days and communicate the outcome by email.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pana365 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment account, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

10 Responsible Gaming

pana365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. • pana365 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
• In all cases, pana365's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Changes to These Terms

pana365 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published at pana365.club/terms-conditions with a revised "Last updated" date.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using pana365 and may request account closure before the changes take effect. Continued use of pana365 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
